In this Junior Project Manager job, you will be joining a highly successful creative marketing and communications consultancy that works closely with some of the world’s largest luxury brands! Based in Central London, they draw insights from consumer behaviour to help brands modernise how they plan, create and execute advertising and marketing campaigns. For over ten years, they have supported their premium client base with a unique blend of data & market intelligence, digital marketing solutions and creative ideas. They're now looking for a driven, proactive team player to join their lovely team as a leading Junior Project Manager to their client base.
Job description – Junior Project Manager
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be supporting the Senior Associate Project Manager on a number of key creative projects. You will be co-ordinating resources required for project briefs, proofing intelligence deliverables, and ensuring efficient communication of all project information to clients and stakeholders. You will love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment! Experience in client communication and managing project workflow is a must – a background in Account Management or Operations would put you in great stead for this role.
Key responsibilities – Junior Project Manager
- Collaborating with the intelligence team, to keep up to speed with client briefings and ensuring project timelines are clearly communicated.
- Managing various tasks across key projects to ensure all parties are in the loop with project deadlines.
- Reviewing and improving intelligence deliverables – ensuring all language and details are accurate, maintaining high levels of quality and output.
- Ensuring that intelligence work flows throughout the business, with all team members aware of their tasks.
- Top-notch organisation and administration, with any schedule/timing updates effectively communicated with clients.
- Managing timesheets related to intelligence product briefs, ensuring all comms and admin are appropriately recorded.
Job requirements – Junior Project Manager
- A 2.1 from a recognised university
- 18 months of commercial experience in a fast-moving environment, communicating and coordinating with clients
- Confidence in project management and the ability to prioritise and deliver to client deadlines
- An excellent eye for detail and a curious mind that considers the bigger picture
- A second language is a huge plus!
- Excellent comms and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
