Job description
Objective:
To pick and pack ready for despatch, customer tile sample orders. To undertake a wide range of warehouse duties including housekeeping.
Main Duties:
- To ensure that all picks are completed accurately and in line with KPI’s
- To quality check goods before picking for despatch, ensure there is no damage, the Sample selected is correct and packaged to company standard.
- To prepare the pick for despatch to customers
- To take full ownership of workload; prioritise, organise and act to deliver solutions
- To keep the work environment clean and safe by good housekeeping and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Any reasonable duties requested by management
Skills:
- MLOP/LLOP licence - not essential as onsite training
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Ability to work to procedures and guidelines
- Experienced in manual handling
- Accuracy
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Weekend Rota for a day off in the week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50 per hour
