Job description
Our Warehouse Operative - Returns team are responsible for accurately processing stocks returned to the warehouse, ensuring that no products are returned into supply that do not meet the required standard.
Main Responsibilities- To accurately check returned stock against key criteria, e.g., description, strength, pack size, form & expiry
- Check returns against the Product Recall tracker to identify and isolate specific batches to be removed from the supply chain.
- To accurately put stocks away once the return has been authorised.
- To accurately return out of scope stocks to store, to save on overall business waste.
- To complete on the job training etc to reach required MHE and H&S standards as well as multi skilling across warehouse departments.
- To work towards set Key Performance Indicators to ensure department fulfils its SLA targets
