About you
You enjoy being an integral part of a professional, high performance team (HPO) while working independently. You have prior experience of working with forklifts or reach trucks, love working in a busy environment and have a high level of exceptional customer service & have outstanding communication skills!

The purpose of the role is to work within our logistics team to ensure Professional and Service customer orders are fulfilled according to specifications to ensure our service delivery deliverables are met.
What you'll be doing on a day to day basis;
- Sorting and processing of our incoming professional and consumer returns using SAP within the specified deadline.
- Detailing products and entering them on to the returns database.
- Manage the salvaging of systems/spare parts from returns.
- Shipping items appropriately, to ensure the customer receives the product in good order.
- To prepare for despatch, attaching labels.
- To complete all paperwork required by the carrier company.
- Always ensure good housekeeping, keeping the work area free of rubbish and safe as a working environment.
- Support the Professional Services Manager and Services Team Leader by managing stock control.
Experience required
- Previous work experience within a Warehouse environment.
- Hold a valid forklift licence
- SAP or any WMS system knowledge (preferable)
- Excellent command of the English language skills are essential
Our shift pattern is Monday - Friday 07:00am - 15:30pm
