Job description
This post holder will provide an initial point of customer service at the Birmingham Study Centre reception and the student information helpdesk, to respond to and resolve customer enquiries both face to face and on-line. This role provides a wide range of information and services to both students and staff across the University’s Study Centre.
We are looking to recruit an adviser who has a strong customer service background and who puts the student at the centre of their work. The role holder will be required to liaise with departments based off campus to help resolve student enquiries.
The post holder will be based at the University of Bedfordshire Birmingham Study Centre, but may be asked to travel to the other locations when required.
