Job description
Working closely with the rest of the CPSU team, this post will undertake a range of administrative, customer services and financial duties related to the delivery of the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit's work.
Applicants must have experience of working in a busy team and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office. Within this role the successful candidate will have responsibility for:
- Carrying out accurate administration of internal and external events and projects, dealing with last minute demands whilst ensuring that all tasks are completed within timescales and to deadlines.
- Preparing invoices for all events in an efficient and timely manner, paying particular attention to financials used to ensure the invoice is accurate.
- Providing a professional first point of contact for telephone, e-mail and face to face enquiries, answering and filtering calls, signposting callers to further information
This post requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on a number of projects at the same time.
You will be able to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently. You will also be committed to the work of the NSPCC and will work closely with the rest of the administration and information team.

- Gweinyddu digwyddiadau a phrosiectau mewnol ac allanol yn gywir, gan ddelio â galwadau munud olaf a sicrhau bod yr holl dasgau'n cael eu cwblhau o fewn amserlenni ac o fewn terfynau amser.
- Paratoi anfonebau ar gyfer pob digwyddiad yn effeithlon ac yn brydlon, gan roi sylw penodol i'r arian a ddefnyddir i sicrhau bod yr anfoneb yn gywir.
- Bod yn bwynt cyswllt cyntaf proffesiynol ar gyfer ymholiadau dros y ffôn, e-bost ac wyneb yn wyneb, ateb a hidlo galwadau, cyfeirio galwyr at ragor o wybodaeth
