The Internal Medicine team is an integral part of a dynamic Primary Care group that has a focus on clinical and educational quality improvement, population health, and the development of new models of care delivery. This position involves delivering high-quality team-based care, medical consultative services, and participating in the teaching of residents and medical students.
Successful candidates may receive a faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth at a rank commensurate with experience.

Dartmouth Health offers an inclusive and collegial environment with an established patient base, competitive compensation, and benefits packages, dedicated CME time and funds, and relocation. You will also experience an unmatched quality of life in a beautiful, rural setting offering excellent schools and lively arts, access to major cities, and proximity to mountains, lakes, and hiking trails as well as no sales or NH State income tax!
The Dartmouth Health system stretches over New Hampshire and Vermont and offers the quintessential New England experience. This beautiful area combines history, industry, and business and has been ranked consistently as one of the best places in the US to live and work. Anchored by the academic Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, the system includes the NCI-designated Dartmouth Cancer Center, Dartmouth Health Children’s, 4 member hospitals, and 30 Dartmouth Health ambulatory clinics across the region.
It is this diverse quality of life that brings vibrancy to the towns and villages of the “Upper Valley”, where Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center is located, and throughout the regions and urban areas of the state, which are each known for their unique characteristics and offerings.
