Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Warehouse Operative Picker Packer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, ensuring that they are accurate and delivered on time. Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders, ensuring that they are accurate and delivered on time.
• Use handheld scanners and other picking equipment to locate and select items for orders.
• Check items for quality and accuracy, ensuring that any damaged or incorrect items are removed and replaced.
• Package items for shipping, ensuring that they are properly labeled and packaged according to company standards.
• Work with other warehouse team members to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelving and storage areas.
• Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and discrepancies are resolved.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, health, and security.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to accurately pick and pack orders.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures, and work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and take initiative when needed.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
