Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Africa & Europe region within APM Terminals IT organisation. You will play a key role supporting the Customer Products & Services platform, helping to manage product development and support, platform roadmap implementation and terminal demand management.

You will play a key role in helping to run and implement the platform modernisation strategy, whilst also providing governance and support to a team of localised business analysts.

Successful candidates will have a keen interest in the digital products that APM Terminals can offer its customers, and will be comfortable providing a mix of skillsets including product management, project delivery and business analyst, along with cross functional stakeholder management.

Location to be determined by the right candidate. Travel expected across the region.
Researches and analyzes improvement opportunities, conducts analysis, prepares recommendations and facilitates efficiency enhancements. Develops business requirement documents and specifications. Works as directed by management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes. Analyzes data and work with management to develop creative solutions.
