Job description
The Warehouse Assistant duties include cleaning, picking, checking back, loading and unloading, our hire equipment. Using the highest level of care and efficiency, this role will have a primary focus but will be required to support multiple areas of our warehouse operations to ensure we meet our customers’ demands in a timely and quality manner.
Essential requirements:
- Ability to work within a team and independently to meet multiple deadlines
- A reasonable level of written and verbal communication skills in English, so able to understand instructions and perform tasks
- Ability to work accurately and methodically, dealing with counting and numbers
- Adaptability
- High organisation skills toward tasks
- Punctual and flexible approach to tasks and duties
Desirable skills & experience:
- Experience of working within the hospitality or events industry
- Previous experience of working in a varied warehouse environment including experience of picking and loading vehicles
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm. Overtime is paid at either x1.25 or x1.5 your hourly rate.

Salary: £9.59-£9.97 per hour
