Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative Picker Packer to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative Picker Packer, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders from stock, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and conducting inventory counts and stock checks.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders from stock, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete.
- Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse, maintaining an efficient and well-organized system.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock checks as needed, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
