Jaiswal investment group are currently looking for a number of cleaners in leicester and Coventry (Immediate Starts Available) Cleaners Pay Rate: up to £12 per hour depending on experience Cleaners Hours of Work: 20 hours a week, flexible, permanent Main duties include: 1. Short Term stay cleaning - 10am -3pm * Cleaning & Making beds * Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and showers * Hoovering, dusting, and wiping down surface areas * Restocking teas, coffees, and supplies * Cleaning to high very standard * Reporting any maintenance problems * Good customer service * Keeping inventory and reporting missing items * changing lockbox codes after each stay 2. Weekly Communal area clean - flexible: * Oven and hob clean * Washer/dryer clean * communal hallways - hoovering/ moping dusting * reporting any maintenance issues 3. Weekly Fire alarm and emergency light testing 4. Post tenancy deep cleans 5. Purchasing/ordering cleaning products, guest supply, household items, etc Occasional: * Check in/ out inventory - training to be provided * Viewings Desired Traits Include: Hotel Room Attendant experience A presentable and hygienic appearance at all times A strong work ethic Looking for long term full-time work Available to start immediately Flexible working availability Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £12.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexitime * Free or subsidised travel * On-site parking * Sick pay Experience: * cleaning: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required)
