We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative - Mids within our highly efficient warehouse and as part of our team, you’ll fill an essential role in helping us achieve our targets by delivering the right products to our customers on time.

The role: We now have fantastic opportunity within our highly efficient warehouse, and as part of our team working a shift pattern of Sunday to Thursday 18:30 to 04:00 a. You will fill an essential role in helping us achieve our targets by delivering the right products to our customers on time. The Depot provides Customer deliveries across all temperature bands and currently delivers 6 days per week.
Your duties will meet the operational needs of our warehouse. These can range from:
Picking and loading orders onto a roll cage and pallet
Using a Voice Picking System
Arranging customer orders.
Replenishment in a multi temperature chambers.
As a Warehouse Operative You Will:
- Have food warehousing and distribution experience.
- Be able to lift objects of up to 20 kilograms - this is essential.
- Be up to date and compliant with all health & safety and food hygiene legislation.
- Used to working to targets and will have an accurate and methodical approach to your work
. • A reach truck or FLT licence is preferable but not essential - as we do all of our own training in house.

Your duties will meet the operational needs of our warehouse. These can range from working on inbound deliveries, replenishing stock, picking and loading food and non-food products and checking off orders against pick sheet requirements.
Ideally, you’ll have food warehousing and distribution experience and you must be fit and healthy as the role requires you to be able to lift objects of up to 20 kilogrammes. You’ll make sure all goods are picked & loaded and all hub items are integrated or cross-docked.
You’ll also make sure all company assets and equipment are maintained, utilised and organised to very high levels to enable us to reach maximum levels of productivity and efficiency. It’s vital that you back this up with strong attention to detail on all aspects of legislation, health & safety and audit.
Working 5/7 days a week Sunday to Thursday 18:30 to 04:00
You’ll need to be up to date and compliant with all health & safety and food hygiene legislation. You’ll be used to working to targets and will have an accurate and methodical approach to your work

Salary: Up to £32,668.74 per year
