Job description
- Picking, cleaning and getting products ready for dispatch.
- Dispatching products via our sales channels.
- Perform thorough QC checks on work carried out to support the quality control processes in place
- Comply with all applicable policies to ensure the safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials and other waste products
- Assist with the end of day pack down procedure and ensure the processing workroom is left in a safe and tidy state
- Assist with monthly and annual stock takes as required by the business
- Assist with ensuring the warehouse remains a clean and safe environment to work in
- Assist with the organisation of the warehouse and ensure that products are stored safely at all times
- Assist with the organisation of the processing workroom and ensure that stock and other items are store safely and in an organised fashion at all times
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with the returns process, providing support to the diagnostics testing of returns and the physical processing of returns as required by the business
- Safely and responsibly deal with customer information whilst maintaining the data integrity standards of the business
- Support within our production & repairs team, testing and diagnosing faults.
- Support within our returns team, booking in customer returns.
- Other general duties as required from time to time to suit the needs of the business
