Job description
Scientific Laboratory Supplies is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Nottingham. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
Working pattern: 10.45 - 19.00 shift Monday – Friday.
About the Warehouse Operative role:
Reporting to the Warehouse and Operations Manager you will be working on the replenishment team, moving boxes, pallets, and trolleys full of products to the right picking location in the warehouse.
Replenishing the shelves neatly, paying close attention to locations and box quantities and
work towards completing your own personal tasks and supporting others in the team if required.
Our Warehouse is a clean, tidy and pleasant place to work. We take pride in our workplace and ask you share this pride. The products you will be working with can be delicate and expensive at times and your greatest level of care is required to ensure the customer does not receive damaged goods.
What we’re looking for in our Warehouse Operative:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Reliable, hardworking with great attention to detail.
- Good numeracy and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger warehouse team
