Here at GXO, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Northampton. Supporting us in the ‘go-live’ of a brand-new operation for Toolstation, you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, rotating 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Load and unload vehicles with products for delivery accurately and safely in line with company health & safety policies- Check and confirm loads for accuracy, and report any discrepancies
- Off-load any products, check they are correct and undamaged and load them into the appropriate areas for storage
- Utilise the warehouse management system on a daily basis in line with pick and pack requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Wear all PPE supplied by the company as suitable for the task, in the correct manner and as it was designed to be worn- Provide flexibility in approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided
