Here at GXO, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Grange Park in Northampton, on a full-time, permanent basis…that’s right, this isn’t just a temporary role, you could have a long-standing career with us!
We’re currently recruiting for the following shift patterns:
40 hours per week, on an ‘any 5 from 7’ basis, covering either a fixed Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday (weekend working is essential for this role), covering 15:00 – 23:00- 38 hours per week, on a Friday to Monday shift pattern, covering 07:00 – 17:00
Pay, benefits and more:
An hourly rate of £11.00- An additional £1.65 per hour for hours worked from 15:00
- An additional £1 per hour for Saturday and Sunday working
- Overtime paid at time and a third after 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse- Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound, and stock control
- Picking and packing of goods from our e-Commerce clothing brand
- Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis
What you need to succeed at GXO:
A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
- A safety-focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach to your work
