Start 2023 with a new role as a Warehouse Picker for Roots in Bicester and enjoy the job security and career development of working as part of the global foodservice leader – Sysco, with the family feel of our friendly Roots warehouse team. We’re a specialist area of the business, producing and supplying high quality fresh food to some of the best-known restaurants, hotels and pubs on the high street.

As a Warehouse Picker, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of our food produce, ready for our drivers to deliver. You’ll have a good attention to detail - checking orders are labelled correctly, and ensuring stock is replenished and rotated effectively.

As well some previous picking experience, you’ll need to be comfortable in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be physically fit to lift weights of up to 25kg and have your own transport to get here.
