Warehouse Operations Manager – Nights Warrington


If you are as ambitious as we are and you’re looking for an opportunity to progress your career within Operations and Supply Chain, join us as the Warehouse Operations Manager for our Regional Distribution Centre in Warrington.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall accountability of the night shift operation ensuring company and legal compliance in critical areas including Health and Safety, as well as Food Safety and for the achievement of key targets and metrics.

An exceptional leader, you will develop your direct reports and set clear direction for all colleagues, creating a culture that enhances colleague experience through regular and open channels, enabling and driving engagement and high performance.

You’ll be a forward-thinking individual, able to manage change - identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements with a view to drive colleague experience, service, and cost benefits. You’ll be expected to be on site during critical operational hours which will predominantly be Sunday – Thursday nights however a level of flexibility is required.

To join us as the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will have previous senior leadership experience of managing a large team in a fast-paced operation and have strong operational knowledge of either warehousing or distribution – ideally within the FMCG sector. You’ll be commercially astute; results driven, and detail orientated - using data to support your decision making
