Regional HR Consultant – South Coast
Salary: £40,000 - 44,000 per annum + travel expenses
Locations: 25 / 75 split of on-site and home – covering site visits around Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Salisbury

The role
We are looking for personable and confident HR professional, who will produce and update HR documentation for our clients, ensuring their contracts of employment, employee handbooks and policies are up to date in line with employment legislation changes and communicate these changes to our clients.
Every day will be different, you will support a number of clients across a range of different sectors and provide training on our very own online platform, Atlas.
· You will develop good working relationships with your clients and provide advice and support when needed
· Provide information to clients on an ongoing basis including, updates in clients HR documents to cover changes in legislation
· Maintain case management in Salesforce
· Mentoring of EL & HR Administrator/s to develop their Employment Law knowledge
· Develop and maintain client relationships
· Undertake remote documentation reviews (DTR’s - renewal and mid-term)
· Prepare critiques of existing client documentation
· Ongoing support to meet changing client’s needs, changes in legislation and Citation services
· Any other duties as determined and directed by the Manager of HR Support which are deemed to be within the competencies of the post-holder including data cleansing
· Maintain case management in Salesforce
The Person
· Tact, diplomacy, an eye for detail and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
· Strong organisational/time management skills
· Actively commit to self-development and utilise all learning resources available e.g. internet, CIPD
