Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Must have reliable vehicle
• Valid Driver's License
• Current automobile insurance
• COVID-19 Vaccine is preferred with proof of vaccination card
• Must pass background check requirements, MVR record check, and on-site drug screen
• Must have working cell phone and access to email

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer's Care
• Personal Care

Shift Options/Requirements

• Day shifts available
• Night shifts available
• Overnights available
• 4 hour shifts
• 8 hour shifts
• 12 hour shifts
• Weekday shifts
• Weekends only available
• Weekend and Holiday availability required (weekend shift differential pay and holiday time and a half pay guaranteed)

We are also considering candidates with experience as a dental assistant, teacher's aid, special education teacher, medical assistant, veterinary assistant, preschool teacher, health care customer service representative, babysitter or nanny.

Home Instead provides a variety of services home care that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion. We provide Home Health Care in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania including Allentown, Whitehall, Emmaus, Macungie, Trexlertown, Fogelsville, Center Valley and others. We have full time and part time and overnight positions available immediately.
