Position: Warehouse Control Room First Line Manager
Location: Bury St Edmunds (IP31 2BG)
Salary: £32,126

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) available
Shift pattern: Rotational 0600-1400 and 1400-2200 5 days from 7
Closing Date: 30/06/2023 (subject to change)

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse OMS FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Ensure the Warehouse Operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume throughputs and is in line with the operational budget
  • Co-ordinate activities for Warehouse FLMs in terms of planning Performance Reviews & one to one meetings
  • Accurately reporting shift status information on a 2 hourly basis
  • Monitor and analyse Colleague performance data on a real time basis and report anomalies accordingly

  • Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
