JOB TITLE: Office and Warehouse Assistant
REPORTS TO: Sales and Operations manager.
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
This role is a varied and an exciting opportunity to join a small busy team in Aberdare.
Candidates will need to be IT literate and have a good knowledge of all common Microsoft programs, Candidates will need to be highly organised, be able to work at a fast pace. Attention to detail and positive attitude is a must along with excellent customer service skills.
Along with this the successful applicant will work within the warehouse and logistics team Assisting with packing and dispatching of orders on a daily basis, ensuring orders are ready and dispatched on time, Full training will be provided,
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process and print daily orders via Linnworks
· Manage all business aspects of the following sales and advertising channels:
Amazon, Website, EBay, Mano Mano, Google shopping,
· Provide daily Customer service.
· Have an excellent telephone manner.
· Provide showroom sales support.
· Manage stock checks and update system accordingly
· Purchasing office supplies.
· Manage incoming deliveries.
· Support packing and dispatching of orders
· Support daily warehouse functions.
