Following recent expansion, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager
THE ROLE: Full Site Management responsibility for an overall headcount of 4-8 people. Management of full site operations on behalf of the business. Specific responsibilities will be across Warehouse functions such as Stock/Inventory, Goods In, Pick/Pack, Despatch & Health & Safety. There will be a strong focus on Stock/Inventory control. Manage Inventory This is a front-foot, hands-on Manager position that will liaise with the shop-floor. Utilisation of KPI's & Processes in order to manage performance. Strong use of Excel and data-based systems. Use of data to drive decisions.
THE PERSON: Exposure as a Warehouse Manager, Site Manager, General Manager, Inventory Manager or Stock Manager within a Logistics or Supply Chain setting. Strong experience of Inventory/Stock Control as well as Goods In, Pick/Pack, Despatch & Health & Safety. 'Can-Do' mentality - this site prides itself on people who take a 'front-foot' mentality to problems & challenges. ECommerce experience DESIRABLE Able to grasp the wide breadth of the business and get involved with whatever areas need improving. IT savvy - able to use IT systems to a medium to advanced level. Management of relationship with final mile couriers. Clear and effective communicator. Able to think beyond the obvious. Open to new ideas and with a viewpoint that "anything is possible".

Salary: £25,653.00-£28,123.00 per year
