Solutions Cleaning Services is a family run, local business and we are looking to hire a new Team Leader to join our team working in Magna Park.
You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage and delegate your colleagues.
As a team leader, you will be responsible for the smooth, day to day running of the shift. You will liaise with your manager and report issues and fill out the required paperwork in a timely manner.
Shift pattern: Monday -Friday with the chance of overtime.
Shift time: 2pm-10pm
Job role will consist of working with other onsite cleaners and undertaking daily cleaning duties whilst adhering to weekly schedules. The job role involves using cleaning machinery, on which full training will be given.
We are seeking a conscientious and effective team player with a positive attitude who has attention to detail and pride in their work.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
