Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
- Location: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor based in our Milton location to join the Warehouse team. This position offers 12-hour continental rotating shifts.

Your future team:
· You will become part of the Warehouse team reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The team consists of 7-12 team members.
What you will be doing:
· Communicate with production department to ensure efficient flow of product off of production lines and timely supply of incoming raw materials such as pallets and foils
· Communicate with other departments for efficient flow of finished goods as well as incoming raw materials.
· Communicate with traffic department to advise of required trailers to complete customer orders and to review priority for loading.
· Manage any employee issues in a timely manner and document accordingly and be prepared to discipline employee if required.
· Keep the warehouse clean and organized
· Manage warehouse space for product coming off of production lines
· Complete all paperwork as required by Rockwool standards
· All damaged products are identified and removed from pick areas for rework or granulation.
· Willing to have flexible break times if called upon to keep the factory performing
· Offer ideas and suggestions for positive changes
· Any other tasks as necessary or designated
What you bring:
· University or Technical College graduate
· 3+ years of Supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
· Strong people development and training skills
· Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
· Computer literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with SAP or any WMS is an asset.
· Prior experience with Lean/ Continuous Improvement
