Do you know how to keep a team focused and energized? Supporting the Shift Supervisor, team leaders make sure that standards and targets are fulfilled. This requires great motivational skills and a natural ability to get the best out of the people you work with.
We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve the company’s objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve the company’s goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to a team member.
- Conducting training of a team member to maximise their potential.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and skilful negotiating skills.
- Computer literate.
- Strong organisational skills to give team direction.
Permanent / Fixed
Base pay £25,0000
Shifts Available:
2 week rolling shift pattern 7am – 7pm.
Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
