Join Our Team as a Warehouse Team Manager (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)
Are you a skilled leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, covering a secondment, with a potential option to convert to permanent during this period.
As the Warehouse Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a shift within our fast-paced warehousing operation, overseeing a team of 11 individuals with varying expertise levels, from general operators to lead forklift truck operators. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and supported by production and fulfillment shift managers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and hold accountability for your shift's direct reports.
- Supervise, support, and inspire the warehousing team to meet key operational metrics, including quality, packing accuracy, and packing rates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve growth and accuracy, creating a supportive work environment.
- Accurately plan daily tasks to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and hygienic working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Technical, Production, and Fulfillment.

- You should already have experience as a Warehouse Team Leader/Manager and extra points if that's in high-speed volume manufacturing.

- Passionate about the fast-paced excitement of FMCG manufacturing.
