Join our Chemtech Europe, Africa & Caspian (CT EURAC) team within Chemtech division in United Kingdom as Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take primary responsibility for Tools and Equipment planning, ensuring the right T&E are available to the right location and at the right time. Establish and maintain localized T&E storage locations within EU and coordinate the distribution of T&Es from these localized storage locations to work sites. Responsible for overall stock and asset management for all storage locations including regular stock count.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Establish and maintain localized tools and equipment storage locations within EU, coordinating the distribution and transportation from these localized storage locations to work sites
- Responsible for overall stock and asset management, for all storage location, including the leading of regular inventory and asset counts
- Formulate digitalised scheduling and planning to support tools and equipment requirements for projects
- Conducting risk assessments and issuing method statements
- Devise and execute equipment maintenance plans including repair, calibration and recertification procedures with clear dependencies, actions, and schedules for completion
- Proactively engage in company initiatives which promote a safe culture of working for the health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental protection
- Full responsibility for the facility maintenance of CTUK-TFS location
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics/Stores management, with knowledge of industry practices & standards
- Prior experience in industrial background
- Experience in stores management and equipment maintenance
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
- Methodical and solution oriented
- Innovative thinker and self-starter
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
- Forklift Truck license
Desirable criteria:
- Degree/equivalent in mechanical engineering
- Experience in SAP or ERP systems (MM functionality)
- Experience of contract negotiation with suppliers in a commercial environment
- Supplier management experience
- Experience in facility management beneficial
- Excellent communicator with an ability to negotiate and influence

Location: The option to be based in the Middlesbrough office is preferred, but homeworking would also be considered, depending on home location.
