Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7 - Current pattern is Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00/14:00 - 22:00 Rotational

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Manage resourcing levels to meet volumes and productivity KPIs for each colleague in all areas including task assignments
- Driving Customer value by Continuous Improvement across all elements of the business
- Direct the daily activities to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for Warehouse Colleagues
- Focus on improving productivity levels using Idea Manager, CAPA and PD boards
- Specific function responsibilities (e.g. Goods In, Despatch, Picking, Recycling and POS)
- To provide Shift Manager cover during any absences
- Lead, motivate and supervise colleagues to ensure that all targets are met daily and consistently in accordance to performance standards aligned to current DHL standards

- 3 years plus Supervisory experience in Warehouse and Logistics
- 2 years in a Management level role with similar levels of people responsibility within Warehouse Logistics
