Please note: This job is hybrid and part-time. The successful applicant will be working approximately 2 days per week (minimum of 4 hours in office). The office location is Canary Wharf in London.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in project management. We are looking for a personable and charismatic individual who believes in our cause and wants to support it. As a small but growing start-up, our staff are at the core of Gement; you will play a crucial role here and your ideas and decisions will always be at the centre of our activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor deadlines and updates using the designated project management tool and CRM
- Coordinate with all third-party stakeholders working including employers, support organisations and candidates
- Allocate candidates with the correct resources
- Attend progress monthly/quarterly meetings with all stakeholders
- Complete required paperwork and publish to the online portal
- Develop and enhance relationships with stakeholders and ensure they understand and meet our requirements
- Familiarity with software including Zoom, MS Teams, GSuite, Microsoft Office
- Liaise with other network colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the project logistics
Essential Criteria
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and good written English
- Proactive individual who knows when to follow up with others
- Comfortable with speaking over the phone and writing emails in a variety of scenarios
No experience needed as full training will be provided! Undergraduates/students looking for part-time work are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
