We are looking to expand our team of colleagues in our Cardiff Branch (CF11 8EQ) and currently have a vacancy for a full time (41.25 hours per week) Warehouse Assistant. Could you be the person we are looking for?!
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8.45 am - 5.00pm to include one late evening (Thurs) to 8.00 p.m. and alternate Sunday mornings 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Fork Lift / Reach Truck experience preferred, or a willingness to be trained
So what can you expect to be doing in the role of Warehouse Assistant?
Key duties:
- Checkout operation.
- Stock replenishment.
- Give great customer service.
- To join as part of a small, friendly, hard-working team.
What experience are we looking for? We would ideally like you to have some experience in:
- A retail or wholesale environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Cash handling / till / checkout experience preferred but not essential.
- Good organisational skills and a grasp of basic numeracy.
- The ability to communicate well at all levels.
- The drive and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable person who can build relationships with both customers and staff.
