Are you the right person to help get our premium, men's fashion clothing dispatched to our global customer base?
We have a Warehouse Assistant position ready to start immediately within our small and supportive team here in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
You will help us dispatch our products from brands including New Balance, adidas, The North Face & Patagonia to our large customer base around the world on a daily basis. From T-Shirts, to technical jackets to jeans to the latest trainers. We stock a wide range of mens fashion, clothing & accessories.
We are a UK 'Real Living Wage' Employer.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all of our customer orders and picked, packed and shipped on time each day.
- Assist with Goods arriving into the warehouse, to ensure they are put away using our warehouse management system safely and correctly.
- Assist with Customer returns. Ensuring that customer receive a speedy exchange or refund and that we can sell the product once again.
- Assist in picking and selling items in our 'Depot' store to our local, walk-in customers.
- Assist in processing damaged goods back to our suppliers for credit notes, and organising 'seconds' being distributed to local homeless charities periodically.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Good all round computer literacy.
- Basic numeracy and written English levels required.
- Experience of warehouse duties is beneficial but not essential.

This position is a full time (Min 40hrs Per week) based in our Eastbourne Offices & Warehouse.
Salary: Determined by age, UK National Minimum wage for a probationary 6 months period. After successfully completing probation your wage will rise to the UK National Living Wage. We regularly review wages based on job progress, capability & commitment.
