*For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process*
DBS and security clearance checks are required due to the nature of workplace.

What you'll be doing
- Administration
- Typing
- Assistant RCMO
- Provide general administrative support to RCMO.
- Conduct liaison with Reserve Units for personnel leaving Regular Service.
- Maintain MS Database for 1 MI Bn personnel.
- Maintain 1 MI Bn 8005 spreadsheet.
- Produce and disseminate Weekly AOs spreadsheet.
- Produce and disseminate Monthly Statistics spreadsheet.
- Raise SJARs in line with direction from RCMO.
- Assist RCMO in the preparation of OoM Boards throughout the MS Year.
- Assist in the maintenance of the 1 MI Bn Level 4 Apprenticeship Scheme database.
Additional Duties
- Reset passwords for DMICP
- Compliance
- Knowledge of all applicable systems and processes
- Knowledge of company timelines and deadlines
- Knowledge of customer and client documentation, competition and deadlines
Experience
Key requirements:
- Must possess NVQ level 2, ECDL or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
