As a specialist pet retailer Just for Pets always aim to promote and source talent from across our 21 stores but, with even more new store openings on the horizon, the UK’s Pet Retailer of the Year 2021 are open to hearing from external candidates at both new and existing stores.

Job overview

Reporting into the Management team, you will be responsible for exceeding our customers' expectations by delivering outstanding service throughout the store, ensuring that you always deliver the very highest standard of pet care and build strong working relationships within the store team and with our customers. You will actively seek to grow your knowledge and expertise for the benefit of our customers and their pets.

Your approach:

· Passion for animals and their welfare

· A desire to genuinely get to know our customers and their pets, building strong relationships

· Excellent customer focus and communication skills

· The ability to confidently handle cash and card payments

· A desire for continued training including product knowledge and pet welfare policies

Just for Pets are committed to putting pet health and wellbeing first so all candidates must be passionate about pets, preferably with previous retail experience.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5.5 per week

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
