We at GXO are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Northampton NN4 5EL, ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!
This is full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, on any 5 from 7, on two weekly rotating shifts of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00,

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Dealing with customers via phone and email
- Administration support to colleagues
- Allocating tasks to colleagues and resolving issues
- Checking/completing paperwork and compliance tasks both with the operation and with the customer
- When required this will include operational work with the Warehouse Colleagues
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Competent computer experience of WMS systems and MS Office packages
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work as part of a team and the ability to use own initiative and organise own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
