WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR
Hours - 42.5 hours per week including 1 hour unpaid break
Salary - £21,500 per annum

Purpose of Job
Oversee all day-to-day activities in the department and ensure that the daily workload is carried out accurately, effectively and efficiently and that customers’ requirements are met by assisting the Warehouse Supervisors. Helping out on the loading bay and on goods inwards when requested, plus any other duties associated with the smooth running of the department.
Main Duties
- Handling general incoming phone calls
- Booking in supplier deliveries
- Phoning & arranging couriers, getting price quotes etc.
- Providing general support to the supervisory team within the Logistics office.
- Helping with the new ERP system tasks that need to be completed.
- Monitoring and recording freezer & chiller temperatures daily.
- Filing of records.
- Completing out of stock & overload spreadsheet on PC.
- Ensure all C&C orders are picked at the start of the day, ready for collection.
- Processing collection point customers’ orders on Podfather.
- Assisting with general office duties.
- Dealing with internal and customer queries. E.g. credits, uplifts etc.
- Processing daily delivery reports at end of the day.
- Dealing with cancelled orders.
- Dealing with driver’s upon return i.e. taking keys from them both vehicle & customer.
- Checking & signing customer keys back in from drivers.
- Taking CHIP n’ PIN payments from customers.
- Recording transactions using spreadsheet.
- Operating the Q-Perm system, contractors on site.
- Helping goods inwards upon request (if trained on the task in hand).
