Job Overview
Working alongside the Business Support Manager you will provide dedicated administrative support to the business with all recruitment and onboarding requirements. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, such as CV sifting through to the onboarding of new starters.
Main Duties
Efficient recruitment and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
- CV sifting
- Conducting screening calls
- Diary management
- Scheduling of meetings and interviews
- Maintaining internal databases
- Supporting with the onboarding of new starters.
- Handle queries from managers and employees
What we are looking for
- Background within a recruitment based role - desirable
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Strong team player orientation - cooperative and willing to assist others.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
- Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
- Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
