Position: Warehouse Admin/ Customer Service Advisor
Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Rotational shifts working 0600 - 1400 Week 1 and 1400 - 2200 Week 2, Any 5 from 7 days

DHL Supply Chain is proud to announce a brand new state of the art omnichannel due to go live in 2023! This is a half a million sq. foot building, that is built to the highest sustainability specification. With solar power generation, EV charge points plus many other sustainable green features.
We launch the facility with one of the largest global omnichannel customers that will grow two fold over the next decade. In order to deliver the high throughput we are employing the latest automation technologies and will be seeking dynamic and engaging leaders to lead this fast paced operation!

- Proactive and reactive communication with customers
- Investigating and solving customer problems in a timely manner, escalating to the Customer Services Manager where required
- Liaising with planning and transport regarding late and failed deliveries as well as re-booking
- Supporting drivers with live issues whilst on delivery
- Ensuring system compliance with TMS and Microlise
- Be part of an environment that focuses on continuous improvement which involves sharing ideas and best practice

- Must have experience within a warehouse
- Good level of problem solving and initiative
