The role.
You would work a five day week, Tuesday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Your primary role is as a motorcycle service advisor but you would also need to assist sales with advice, answer queries and selling of parts and bike accessories.
Whilst brand experience is preferred, it isn’t essential as full Honda training will be provided.
- You’ll poses a real passion for motorcycles
- You’ll be working as part of a team and will need to be able to build relationships, make sure that your work is of outstanding quality and meets the required schedules of the business.
- Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers who need to make use of our workshop facilities
- Provide outstanding customer service as the face of both Brayleys and our partner vehicle brands as you guide our customers through their visit to our workshop for repairs and maintenance
- Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes when our customers collect their vehicles after repair.
