Systems & Data Administrator
The opportunity
We are looking for a People Services Systems and Data Administrator to join our People Services team.
As a People Services Systems & Data Administrator, reporting into the People Services Systems & Process Lead, you will provide front line services answering employee queries. Using your initiative, you’ll proactively assist employees through the employee life cycle processes, answering questions which are predominately systems related.
Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll update and manage HR and organisational data, maintain data integrity in other People systems and be comfortable working to clear metrics and KPIs.
You’ll join a supportive team and build strong internal relationships with colleagues within your team and key business stakeholders to help provide a seamless service to the business. You’ll also work closely with offshore colleagues to quickly resolve queries and data anomalies.
The role is a full-time, permanent position based in our Head office in Warwick. You’ll typically work from the office 1 day a week, with the remainder from home.
About you
- Proven experience in a customer service, administrative support role ideally
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Intermediate Excel experience with confidence to perform VLOOKUP, IF statement, and conditional formatting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good planning and organising and attention to detail
- Experience of query management is desirable
- Working knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is advantageous
