Job description
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised individual to join Walnut Ward to support the senior nursing team with administrative duties.
You will be based within the ward environment, in particular providing support to the Ward Manager and the deputy ward managers with non-clinical tasks.
This will include but not limited to the following:
- Organising staffs mandatory training, staff training requests.
- Completing formal letters for staff in line with the Trust templates.
- Photocopying and annual leave allocation.
- Updating the electronic staff rostering system, arranging annual training for the team.
- Coordinating staff reviews.
- Obtaining medical notes for complaints/ reviews and personnel letters.
