JOB DESCRIPTION
Testudo is working with a high-end property developer to hire a Porter / Concierge to coordinate and oversee the reception & concierge services of a luxury residential property in Mayfair, Central London.
About The Role
As the primary point of contact for residents and their guests, you will be responsible for assisting and facilitating any requests that they may have, whilst liaising with external contractors and colleagues to ensure that the building maintains the high standards that are expected and continues to run smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
The successful applicant will have significant experience within a similar high-end customer service based environment and will be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the high expectations of their employer. It is imperative for you to be extremely well presented, with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). You must be able to demonstrate your ability to think on your feet and keep calm under pressure as well as maintaining a good understanding of health and safety so that you are able to deal with any unforeseen issues which may arise during the day.

Shifts
4 Nights In & 4 Rest, 7PM to 7AM.
Salary
£27,000 plus Bonus, Paid Holiday Leave, Training and More including a paid lunch.
