Due to the expansion of our Global Enterprise Services Team, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is based from our Head Office in Manchester, however national and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities
Our Global Enterprise Services Team deliver expert services simultaneously across multiple global regions. TFS Enterprise Electronic Security Systems are provided by our specialist Global Enterprise Services Team who have a dedicated support network capable of delivering expert services simultaneously across multiple global regions, operating across EMEA, APAC, North America and Latin America.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation with various upcoming projects throughout EMEA. Working as a Junior Project Manager within our Global Services Team you will be supporting the wider team in delivering multiple projects concurrently for various international clients with sites throughout EMEA.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Project Managers with all project deliverables including programme, financial information, health &safety and environmental performance
- Assisting the wider team to ensure compliance with the companies' procedures and in line with British Standards
- To be able to report, and work closely with the Senior Project Managers and wider Global Enterprise Team, giving updates on the projects
- To complete contract documentation, with oversight from the Senior Project Managers
- To prepare estimates and quotations, with oversight from the Senior Project Managers
- To be able to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Procurement of plant, materials and specialist subcontractors
- To ensure that all contract documentation is prepared in line with the client specifications and timeframes
There may be a requirement for some UK and international travel to and from clients' sites.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to take a proactive approach
- Be able to organise yourself
- Self-motivated
- Experience working in the Fire & Security industry (desirable)
- Computer literate, including all Microsoft programs
- Experience using CAD advantageous
- Full clean driving license is essential

Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm
