We are renowned experts in Fetal Ultrasound, Private Pregnancy Care, Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) such as Harmony Test and Panorama Test. We specialise in early pregnancy scans. Our clinic provides early pregnancy care, private baby scans on our state of the art Ultrasound Machine as well as Private Gynaecologists Services such as Coil Fitting, Fertility, Sexual Health Screening, Miscarriage Screening, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Ovarian Cancer Screening, Smear Test, Contraception advice, Menopause, Well-Woman Check Up, Follicle Tracking Scan and Endometrial Lining Baseline Scan.

Job Title: Clinical Coordinator
Location: E1 6DY
Hours: Full-Time (with occasional evenings and Saturdays)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
A well-established and growing pregnancy clinic in London is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding patient care and support throughout pregnancy and beyond, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain the clinical schedule, ensuring efficient appointment booking and allocation of resources.
2. Oversee the reception rota, guaranteeing a welcoming and well-organized environment for patients and staff.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and labs, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
4. Ensure the smooth running of the clinic, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
5. Provide outstanding customer service to all patients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
6. Assist with administrative duties as needed, including reception coverage, appointment scheduling, and maintaining patient records.
7. Work flexibly on occasion, including evenings and Saturdays, to support the clinic's operational needs.
8. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss and implement improvements to existing processes.
9. Ensure that the clinic is running up to the standards required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and prepare for potential inspections
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, staff, and external partners.
4. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in coordinating patient care.
5. Knowledge of relevant regulations, including GDPR and other data protection laws.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with electronic health record systems.
7. Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours when required.
