Job description
To work as a team member within the work environment carrying out assigned tasks involving the indirect care of the patient in supportof andsupervised by a registered nurse. We are looking for the applicants to be able to work within a team providing vital administration cover for the unit 24 hours aday overa variety of shifts.
Full time role but will accept part time.
Working with a large friendly team to ensure that patients are safely, admitted, transferred and discharged accurately.
Answering the phone from different departments, members of the multi disciplinary team and relatives of patients on the Unit, providing a professional response at all times.
Having good knowledge of the various admin systems that are in use within the Trust (Training will be provided.)
Assists with ordering various supplies for the Unit
Responsible for self, allocated workload and time
management.
Directly managed by the Ward Managers Assistant and accountable to the Unit Managers
Flexible working patterns will be considered to meet with the needs of the service.
