The Hospitality Team Player is the member of the Hospitality Team responsible for the the Cafe experience and F&B offer across the park including for parties. Reports directly to the Hospitality Manager or Hospitality Lead
PURPOSE AND OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
To ensure that your role in the café (including kitchens) delivers Brilliant Basics and Moments that Matter through maintaining great standards of the Café, F&B appearance, guest service and exceptional engagement in a clean, safe and secure environment.
- Preparation of food and drink for parties and the café to deliver full menu availability in good time with minimum wastage. Re-stocking to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Professional, confident, positive, safe interactions with guests at point of sale and while at work generally.
- Delivering Café (including kitchens) speed & service quality to ensure a great value for money experience.
- Always offering appropriate options to guests to add to their experience.
- Table service as required.
- Cleanliness of seating, food preparation and toilet areas.
- Brand Standards compliance.
- Food safety compliance, related due diligence documentation and behaviours and appearance.
- Allergen awareness and labelling protocols followed to ensure compliance.
- Providing support to colleagues to ensure maximum positivity and productivity

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Outgoing personality (Essential)
- Minimum 6 months experience in a customer facing role (desirable)
- Food Safety Level 2 (desirable)
- Hospitality experience (desirable)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 - 20 per week
Salary: £8.50-£10.45 per hour
