Job description
The purpose of this role is to support the Reconciliations and reporting team in all daily tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all periodic reconciliations
- Liaise with custodians to resolve outstanding differences on client accounts and accurately record all issues.
- Ensure all client assets are reconciled against custodian records on a monthly basis, any differences over 30 BPS must be investigated and a full breakdown provided.
- Prepare month end additional reporting for client specific requests
- Timely responses to audit requests
- Assist in the Client Take On (CTO) process
- Ensure all processes are compliant with ISAE 3402
- Support the team in various daily and monthly ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist with team related projects when required
- Monitor the Reconciliations mailbox and ensure all queries are responded to promptly
- Updating of departmental procedure manual
- Pooled Funds cashflows as administered per the team’s procedure manual
- Prepare the K-1 schedules for distribution to all interested parties
- Prepare the Funds’ Audited Financial Statements for distribution to all interested parties
