Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Program / Project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software development and building consensus across multiple partners
- Detailed understanding of modern Developer Tools, CI/CD, and Pipeline Integration
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
- Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data analysis techniques and tools, data visualization, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data sets
- Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
Description
This position will work closely with several Engineering leaders to drive key initiatives. You will: Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross functional programs through delivery; inclusive of timelines, planning, requirements, and dependencies. Develop and publish both short-term and long-term roadmaps for internal product offerings based on Apple needs and external product release needs Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team Coordinate discussions and break down sophisticated issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration Proactively identify issues and solutions, and mobilize resources vital to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies
Education & Experience
BS/MS/PhD CS/CE/EE or equivalent

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,800 and $189,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
