About the Role
You will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service within our lingerie department. This includes greeting customers, offering assistance in selecting the perfect products for their needs, and maintaining the stores visual standards.

You may, or may not have experience within a lingerie environment, we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.

Our lingerie sales associates will be working with a multitude of luxury brands, whilst demonstrating our core values and striving to make anything possible for our customers. We have space for you to express, immerse and indulge yourself in the world’s leading luxury lingerie department.
